Эта тема довольно известная, но почему-то в интернете о ней мало есть информации. Решила поделиться своими мыслями по этому поводу. В Украине так сложилось, что силами одного человека много не сделаешь, а брать кого-то с улицы для развития бизнеса никто не хочет. Вот и начинают свой бизнес с друзьями. Но мне кажется, что это бомба с часовым механизмом. Когда мы начинаем предпринимательскую деятельность с близкими людьми не дай Бог это жена или муж, то в 90 через время придёт конец. И тем он придёт быстрее, чем быстрее начнут появляться деньги и больше будет проблем. Почему я так думаю?
Дело в том, что для развития необходимо постоянно работать, заставлять других, кто с тобой в одной лодке, работать. Если вы взяли на работу человека по объявлению, вы можете легко на него накричать и даже уволить и взять другого. С другом такой номер не прокатит. А значит, что есть то есть. Вы не сможете на него повлиять, либо он сам будет хорошо трудиться, либо фирме хана.
